Rogers Completes $4.35B Takeover of MLSE

Rogers plans to combine its sports and media holdings in a new Rogers Sports unit; Keith Pelley and Mark Shapiro will remain in their leadership roles, while Rogers has also discussed selling a minority stake in the combined assets.
