Turtle Bay Exploration Park’s annual, all-ages Oktoberfest in Redding will feature regional craft beer, food vendors, live music, artisan booths and animal encounters, with proceeds supporting the park’s educational programs, animal care and exhibits. A separate Oktoberfest at Waters Edge in Battaramulla is also returning for three nights with live bands and an unlimited Bavarian buffet.
