Arizona’s governor’s race featured Republican Andy Biggs and No Labels candidate Teri Hourihan clashing over water, Medicaid and Biggs’ record, including Hourihan’s accusation that he failed to protect children in Colorado City, which he called an outrageous lie. About Andy Biggs
Andrew Steven Biggs is an American politician and lawyer serving as the U.S. representative for Arizona's 5th congressional district since 2017. A member of the Republican Party, Biggs served as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives from 2003 to 2011 and a member of the Arizona Senate from 2011 to 2017. He was president of the Arizona Senate from 2013 to 2017. Biggs served as chairman of the Freedom Caucus from 2019 to 2022.
